Summary: This role is responsible for product design, development, documentation, and introduction into manufacturing of electronic instrumentation products. The individual is responsible for internal product development and customer driven projects. The individual is also responsible for developing new product ideas and producing documentation that allows evaluation of concepts. The individual must be self-motivated and able to manage projects to ensure all aspects of the designs are completed to schedule.

Summary: This position is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations activities and conversion (calibration lab, electronics and machining). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meeting shipping goals (including department metrics such as Gross Margin, On Time Delivery, Warranty, Scrap, and cost reduction), and scheduling within the financial constraints of the company while maintaining quality standards. The Operations Manager is also responsible for the Facility.
